  I did Wordle. CHECK in five There were no Facebook Birthdays today. I did Yoga with Kath. Pigeon pose into cow face showed an improvement. I took my medications at: 08:10 am I did some Duolingo Lesson(s) today I did the Tuesday club training run.. the Greyhound Run with Jess Fry and Sarah Skuse. I moved funds to CYNSV, they will get there tomorrow afternoon. William's surgery updates .. He is doing OK.  

 I paid my Lliswerry annual membership fee, this year it was  £50.00 NATCC. There was one Facebook Birthday (Jean Thomas 😊 ). I took my medications at 08:00 am. I did Wordle (SPEAR in four). I did Pilates (60 minutes) and I weighed in at 11 13, this is excellent news! I got back, had bacon and eggs and made a curry. Today, I was parked in a no limit spot on Bolt Street so I left it there until I was ready to go to Rhiwderin. I went to see Evie, she was shy and sad. She was a lot better when I brought Emmie home and she perked up when Zoe came in. I checked limits and I can move funds. However, this is my first CYNSV move so I thought I would test it with £5. I shall see what happened in the morning. I did a few Duolingo Lessons and I watched the first half of Forest v Ipswich v Forest (FA Cup).  I took my medications at 07:30am. I walked up to the University building to execute my Newport Half Marathon volunteering duties. Volunteering was pretty good. ·         Where are the toilets? ·         Where is the bag drop? ·         Can I go in with my partner? ·         Volunteers get T shirts & refreshments There were three Facebook Birthdays today. Wordle – I did DEITY in three William had his surgery today I did some Duolingo Lessons and completed the friend’s quest. I am doing my daily blog.  

 I took my medications at 08:00am. I ran down to do parkrun with a C25K week 6 run programmed into Garmin. I ran with it but didn’t follow it. I did my own thing. My cool down took me to ASDA where I did a small shop. Small yes, but I needed two bags to carry my £26.43p worth of goods. There were no Facebook Birthdays today. William has got the nod to go to hospital for his operation. I went to Rhiwderin to get my car. I got the 4pm number 50 to Caerphilly. I have started watching Man City v Plymouth Argyle. I tried to move some money around but I was told that I had hit the limit. Obviously days when the banks are closed do not count. I did several Duolingo lessons and I completed my daily blog. I wrote a note to various people to explain what has been happening (Note to Ian McCrory, Dave Westley, Maxine Rhodes, Louise Nicholas).
